I have worked at San Jose State University Parking Services for over 23 years. As a Parking Assistant Manager, I oversee daily operations, event parking coordination, and the implementation of technology-driven solutions to improve access and customer experience. My role involves close collaboration with campus partners and vendors to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and support both daily parking needs and large-scale events.
Why did you want to join Offstreet's CAB?
I wanted to join the Offstreet Customer Advisory Board because I believe in Offstreet’s vision and its ability to deliver solutions that meaningfully improve the customer experience. By sharing real-world operational insights and collaborating with Offstreet’s team and fellow operators, I hope to help shape intuitive, customer-focused and operator-friendly features that make daily and event parking easier, more efficient, and more positive for the people we serve.
