John Stewart is in his third year as the Manager of Parking and Shuttle Services at Bowling Green State University, overseeing transportation operations and customer experience initiatives. He focuses on optimizing shuttle routes and parking solutions to improve efficiency and service quality for all customers at BGSU.
Why did you want to join Offstreet's CAB?
By partnering with Offstreet, we’ve been able to modernize our guest and department parking management processes, reducing administrative costs and improving the customer experience. The platform’s ease of us, flexibility and real-time reporting capabilities allow us to make informed decisions and deliver better service. I am excited to be part of the Customer Advisory Board to continue to share insights and shape the improvements in efficiency and customer experience for everyone.
